Feeling good!

Woke up at a rea­son­able hour, wrote my morn­ing pages, had break­fast, and went to the gym. Now it’s noon and I’m just get­ting ready to start my work­day, so it’s not a per­fect day, but not bad.

I’ve been sick all week, so feel­ing good enough to get back to the gym was great. I haven’t worked out in over a week and I real­ly missed it. I most­ly worked my arms today; preach­er curls and wrist curls, that sort of thing. But at the end when I thought I was all burned out, I did a set of 12 unas­sist­ed dips. I’ve nev­er done that before! I could­n’t com­plete a sec­ond set of them, and even after I went back onto weight assis­tance, I still could­n’t fin­ish sets, so I think I used the absolute last bits of steam I had left in me.

Well, I’ve got a lot of work to do now actu­al­ly, and I’d like to get a bite of lunch before I dive in to it. So that’s all for now.
