When will you realize?

Ran another 5.25 miles this morning.

That makes my average for the year so far 0.47 miles per day. Not that that really means anything. But I don’t run enough and should be doing other things on top of running. So I figure I’m getting about one-fourth the workout regimen I should if I want to see the beginnings of changes. That’s discouraging.

I don’t know how all you people make time in your lives for everything. I’m single, have no children, don’t work overtime, don’t watch TV, haven’t been to a movie since February, don’t work out enough to lose any weight or gain any muscle, and I still don’t have enough time in the day and get like 4 hours of sleep per night.

xris3 has two beautiful children, works overtime, is getting a graduate degree, works on creative projects, commutes more than twice as long as I do, and still looks good. WHAT’S YOUR SECRET?????

Plus don’t stress yourself out, you do an amazing job on this journal. Which I’m sure requires a substantial amount of time. Considering how well thought out your posts usually are.
