Today’s run
9.05 miles in 1:29:55

This is a great result for me. I haven’t run more than 5.25 miles in over a year.

Do you take walk breaks on your runs? You might see an improvement if you slow your regular pace to a sustainable clip rather than wearing yourself out and stopping to walk.
Just an idea. I know a lot of people take walk breaks. I just run really slowly but keep running. The DSE Runners Club motto is “Start slow and taper off.”
