Feeling good!
Woke up at a reasonable hour, wrote my morning pages, had breakfast, and went to the gym. Now it’s noon and I’m just getting ready to start my workday, so it’s not a perfect day, but not bad.
I’ve been sick all week, so feeling good enough to get back to the gym was great. I haven’t worked out in over a week and I really missed it. I mostly worked my arms today; preacher curls and wrist curls, that sort of thing. But at the end when I thought I was all burned out, I did a set of 12 unassisted dips. I’ve never done that before! I couldn’t complete a second set of them, and even after I went back onto weight assistance, I still couldn’t finish sets, so I think I used the absolute last bits of steam I had left in me.
Well, I’ve got a lot of work to do now actually, and I’d like to get a bite of lunch before I dive in to it. So that’s all for now.
