3 oz tenderloin
3 cups of white rice
3 cups of broccoli
some but­ter for the rice and the broccoli

1220 calo­ries.

First: who the hell knew that rice had so many damn calo­ries? Sec­ond: who the hell knew that but­ter had so many damn calo­ries? OK, well, 3 cups is a moun­tain of rice and 3 cups is a moun­tain of broc­coli, but the broc­coli does­n’t amount to much.

It’s all OK; I’m still short of my dai­ly caloric allot­ment by about 400 calo­ries. My train­er has esti­mat­ed that my main­te­nance intake should be about 2600 per day and he’s got me aim­ing for 2200 per day. Even with that meal, I’m only a lit­tle over 1800 for the day. So I’m try­ing to fig­ure out what’s for dessert.

And the apart­ment smells like steak. Oh, yeahhhhh.

    I usu­al­ly make veg­etable stiryfry with crushed gin­ger, and pour it over white rice with a lit­tle bit of soy sauce 🙂
